Auricular acupuncture is a non-invasive treatment using surgical steel needles inserted into 5 acupuncture points on the outer ears. The 5-point protocols are:

·        Sympathetic – Calms the Nervous System, and helps with overall relaxation

·        Shen Men – Reduces anxiety and nervousness

·        Kidney – Calms fears and heels internal organs

·        Liver – Detoxification, blood purification and to quell aggression

·        Lung – Aeriation and helps let go of grief

 

These points correspond to all areas of our body, gently stimulating a specific response aiding in the body’s natural healing mechanisms, helping to balance and promoting natural self-healing.
